The Carrington Charitable Foundation Annual Golf Classic benefiting Carrington House, the Veterans Airlift Command, and our Veteran Support Program honors service members who have sacrificed much to ensure the safety of our nation. Every year since 2011, on the Columbus Day weekend, this distinguished event takes place at The Resort at Pelican Hill. Proceeds directly benefit Carrington House, the Veterans Airlift Command and our Veteran Support Program − improving the lives of wounded heroes who have returned from service and who need support.
The annual event encompasses so much more than a day of golf. Also featuring a banquet and auction, the Golf Classic raises money to provide diverse ongoing assistance to Veterans and their families. Proceeds enable CCF to continue to build custom, adaptive homes for catastrophically wounded Veterans through CCF’s Carrington House program, giving them a home they deserve and can call their own. The Golf Classic also supports the Veterans Airlift Command, which provides transportation to and from medical treatments for our wounded heroes and their families through a national network of volunteer aircraft owners and pilots. And the Veteran Support Program assists Veterans in their transition back to civilian life by providing opportunities with other like-minded nonprofits and encouraging and supporting Veteran entrepreneurship opportunities.

With the help of generous sponsors, guests, participants and volunteers, the Golf Classic has raised more than $16 million to date. Additionally, in 2015, 2016, and 2017 the Orange County Business Journal named the CCF Golf Tournament Top Netting Golf Event in Orange County.
At The Belle Haven Club in Greenwich, CT
The Carrington Charitable Foundation Annual Gala is held each spring at The Belle Haven Club in Greenwich, CT. Proceeds directly benefit programs that support wounded Veterans returning home from service. CCF will use the funds raised by this event to continue to assist the Veteran’s Airlift Command and build custom, adaptive homes for catastrophically wounded Veterans through CCF’s Carrington House program − giving them a home they deserve and can call their own. Monies raised will also support our Veteran Support Program. This program focuses on rounding out CCF’s mission to support our Veterans by focusing on helping Veterans who have served our country return to civilian life. We will do this by supporting other like-missioned nonprofits and by providing entrepreneurship and diverse business guidance to Veterans hoping to start their own companies.
